Story

Code of Brawl

The Butler is first seen taking Bison into meeting Penguin Logistics on a car traveling through Lungmen's highways and have some conversation until he realized that they are being tailed. Sure enough, the Siracusan Mafia later ambushed them, with the Butler escaping after leaving Bison to the P.L. who arrived to their rescue.[1]

After a chase between the P.L. and the Mafia ended up in a crash, the Butler "assists" Bison by sniping the fuel tanks of the crashed cars from the overpass up above, resulting in an explosion that allows Bison to escape, though one of the shots narrowly hits him by his shield.[2]

Later on the Butler attempts to snipe Bison who are escaping with Croissant after an attack on The Ends of the Earth, but purposely misses, though the sniper fire exposed the two's position to the mafiosi pursuing them. The Butler reveals that he was ordered by Eurill to intentionally place Bison in danger and considers retiring after this.[3]

During the climax of the "Lungmen gag", Bison contacted the Butler, who are already aware of his "overwatch" before as part of his father's scemes, and ordered him to deal with the mafiosi and Lungmen mobsters surrounding him. Seeing Bison able to dispatch them single-handedly, the Butler states that this is what Eurill wanted and he won't interfere with Bison anymore, and does as he says by disarming a mafiosi that almost hit Bison by sniping his club off his hand.[4]

When the P.L. crew engages the Rat King, the Butler fatally snipes the Zalak, seeing him as a threat to Bison's safety, who realizes that he was actually a bait to drew the Rat King out, though the Butler assures that Eurill doesn't mean to exploit him, before heading to recover the Rat King's body.[5]

In the aftermath, the Butler meets with Bison, who told him that he knew everything that actually happens. the Butler then told Bison of the P.L.'s optimism and a Messenger had to risk their lives, before asking him whether he wants to see Eurill, but Bison wants to take a break after all that's going on around him and had Butler go to Eurill on his own instead.[6]

Later it is revealed that the Rat King survives the Butler's shot, who attends to the Zalak at The Ends of the Earth. The Rat King praises the Butler for his marksmanship, who appreciates it and have a short talk before returning to Eurill's side.[7]
