Clovisia is an NPC in Arknights. She is a major supporting character in Act II of the Main Theme and Ending a Grand Overture.

Background[edit]

Clovisia is the daughter of a tailor and the leader of Eartha, or at least that's what she claims. As a Unicorn, a rarity even amongst the Kuranta race, she leads the Londinium citizens who decided to form a resistance against the Military Commission of Kazdel's occupation of the city.

However, this is merely just a façade. Clovisia is in reality an Ageless who has been acting behind many of Victoria's political affairs and incidents for hundreds of years, always under different identities. She was responsible for cursing Nowell with her "blessing" of immortality, in adition to her implied involvement not only on the Dracos' dissaperance, but also conspiring with Duke Kashchey of Ursus for the false accusation and later execution of Edward Artorius.[1][2][3][4]

Episode 11[edit]

Episode 12[edit]

Clovisia briefed the Glasgow Gang and Rhodes Island over what has happened so far after Allerdale went missing. She later realized that their communications have been cut off. She later panicked for a short time after realizing they have nowhere to go to evacuate the rest of Eartha soldiers but calmed down after Rhodes Island pledged to assist Eartha in evacuating themselves.[5] She and Catherine were separated later after a factory worker intentionally close the door to the exit.[6] Curiously, she was nowhere to be found afterwards.

Episode 13[edit]

Clovisia briefly appeared to confront Lettou over his traitorous act towards Victorian citizens and his own men. She later revealed that Duke of Caster's Trilby Asher assisted the evacuation of Eartha's force. She rebuked his actions saying the Sarkaz won't ever help him to see Gaul's restoration. She then tried to persuade him to help the Victorian citizens by asking him to join Eartha but was met by his stern refusal resulting in her harsh criticism of his actions.[7] Later, a radio broadcast intercepted by Closure after she managed to fix the signal disturbances confirmed that she's alive and well and still fighting against the Sarkaz alongside the other Eartha members.[8]

Ending a Grand Overture[edit]

Clovisia's whereabouts after the Military Commission withdrew themselves from Londinium is unknown. But after Vina Victoria entered the Palace of Westhaleg to tear down the Military Commission's flag, she instead witnessed her own father, Henry Alistair Victoria II seemingly alive sitting on a throne. She was shocked by the sight but even more so when Clovisia showed herself behind him. To Vina's surprise, Clovisia revealed herself to be the mastermind behind many of the tragedies in Victoria's histories including the disappearance of the Draco's royal family and her own father's death. She herself didn't deny the fact that she's an Ageless. She later disappeared from the public's sight and what happens to her next remains unknown.[2]

SPOILER ALERT

This section pertains to a subject that is not yet released in the Global server of Arknights. Read at your own risk!

Clovisia's whereabout during the climax battle of Victorian crisis is elaborated when she apparently "sacrificed" herself to save a child from a massive explosion. When the said child went missing, Nowell offered to help her search for him only to find out she's the fabled "Unicorn" who "cursed" him with the immortality that he didn't want after he found the child. Nowell rebuked her actions and offer to grant him any wishes, warning the child that she's full of trickeries.
