Shang Zhong
Shang Zhong, referred to as the Pole-Carrier in-game, is an NPC in Arknights. He is a supporting character in Invitation to Wine.
Background[edit]
Before becoming a pole carrier in the mountains, Shang Zhong used to work for Zheng Qingyue in the Xingyu Escort Association. However, one fateful day ten years ago, the caravan on which a peculiar Black Goblet was being transported was attacked by bandits, with his son was among the many escorts who lost their lives in the incident. Zheng did not help him either and instead took the goblet to protect it.[1] Due to his apparent selfishness, Shang has a grudge against Zheng for not caring for his employees, including his son and Du Yaoye's father.
