Velliv is an NPC in Arknights. She is a supporting character in Guide Ahead and The Masses' Travels.
Background[edit]
Velliv is a Cardinal of the Seventh Tribunal who serves as Lemuen's superior. Much like most people in Laterano, Velliv is actually a friendly, laid-back person, even though she doesn't get along very well with Legatus Oren.
On a humorous note, she doesn't seem to like Cactus tarts, something that the Pope considers blasphemous, as he indeed likes these specific pastries.[1] She's also responsible for building diplomatic relationships between Laterano and Kjerag, albeit in coincidence after she met Cliffheart while searching for the whereabouts of a Notarial Hall Executor named Samara.[2]
