Andenate Maryam is a background NPC in Arknights. He is mentioned in The Black Forest Wills A Dream and Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, where his activities play a major role.

Background

The mysterious head of Rhine Lab's Scientific Expedition Section, not much is known about Director Maryam himself prior to the expedition to Sami he headed, besides having joined R.L. at some point in 1092. He went missing during the expedition where the rest of his teams are nowhere to be found either.

It is later revealed that he survived and somehow returned to Columbia. He confronted Cliff, the head of Blacksteel Worldwide, who's apparently interested in Collapsals and has been doing his own research in regards of them.
