Crownie "Asher" Mantle is an NPC in Arknights. She is implicitly mentioned in MARTHE's brand description before appearing in person as a supporting character in A Kazdelian Rescue.
Background
Crownie is a fashion designer whose brand ,"MARTHE", is extremely popular in Ursus. Little is known about her background, although she always dreamed of trying a different lifestyle, but still retaining her love for Kazdel. However, her attempts to catch people's attention were proven fruitless, and was banished to the wilderness. At one point, Crownie began working as a mere, underpaid assistant after receiving a job offer from a certain Ursine designer brand, where she would eventually find her passion for clothing design. After learning tailoring, she would trademark the MARTHE brand and earn a considerable success despite being a Sarkaz. She eventually returned to Kazdel, only to find out that the city has become more lively than before.[1]
Aside from her eccentric personality and sense of fashion, Crownie also possesses a sort of personal air glider that allows her to travel airborne for some period of time. She's also well acquainted with Mostima who frequently hires her to deliver her fabrics from other countries like Yan to Kazdel, due to Ursus' strict laws on logistics. In fact, she and Mostima met each other back when the former was still working as an assistant. Currently, Crownie is also selling all sorts of clothing and souvenirs back in the city, hoping that one day it'll welcome foreign tourists.[1]
