Rong Wanqing is an NPC in Arknights. She is a supporting character in Here A People Sows.
Background[edit]
Rong is He Sheng's mentor and the current subprefect of Dahuang, despite being from outside the city. She was previously known as the most famous Candleholder of the Sui Regulator in the previous century, mostly for her efforts on the suppression of Shanhaizhong's activities. However, she left her position forty years ago, in the Terran year 1062, in favor of becoming the subprefect of Dahuang, with the goal of preventing contamination of the crops and water sources due to Catastrophes.[1][2]
