  • Saturation Burst increases Jessica the Liberated's attack interval by 0.6 seconds.
  • The shell firing is treated as an attack which does not consume ammunition and can only be triggered by deploying the Mobile Riot Shield while the skill is active.
    • If Jessica the Liberated is being disabled when the shell firing is triggered, she will unleash it as soon as she recovers.
    • The shell travels up to the center of the furthest tile within attack range, detonates when an enemy comes into a radius of 0.5 tiles around the projectile, and has a damage radius of 1.7 tiles.
