While Jessica Brynley the Feline girl appears to be an insecure and anxious girl from the outside, she actually turns out to be the youngest daughter of Raythean's CEO Bonny Brynley and an heir of the company. However, in order to prove herself a valuable person among her three talented siblings, she decided to choose the hard way and join Blacksteel as one of its operatives. Difficulties almost led to her resign until Jessica was introduced by Liskarm to join the B.P.R.S. Following Franka's Oripathy, she joined the two as they are assigned to Rhodes Island as part of a partnership between BS and R.I. Even though she remains nervous as usual, Jessica proves to be a competent and trustworthy combatant using her handgun.

Jessica's alternate version Jessica the Liberated was introduced alongside Come Catastrophes or Wakes of Vultures.
