Addendum
Whether the friendly unit can receive SP or not (e.g. due to having no skills or their skill being passive/permanent) does not matter for Blood Sample Recycle to choose the target, which will never be Warfarin herself (so she won't restore SP twice if there are no other friendlies in her healing range).

  • Complete both of Warfarin's PHY-X Module Missions.
  • Raise Warfarin to Elite 2 Level 50.

[An Accountable Answering of Assorted Queries from Rhodes Island Operators on the Harvesting of Blood Bank Samples]

Oh, the Doctor. Just a glance makes my researcher's heart tickle. It's so strange... where does that scent come from? Why am I so strongly drawn to it? Do other Vampires have the same reaction? Does Closure... Actually, never mind Closure. She's an exception.
If my judgment is correct, the Doctor's body should be hiding some kind of secret. I bet Kal'tsit knows it, but she keeps tight lips, and she wouldn't want anyone else to go digging.
Oh, that Kal'tsit! Kal'tsit! How can you dangle a chance to bare the truth in front of me like this, then forbid me from looking into it?
Come to think of it, she seems less uptight lately. What if I just... found a chance and gave it a shot?
