A list of 5-star (5★) Operators. They represent veterans/seniors, experts, and professionals of Rhodes Island and their allies/associates.
5★ Operators can be distinguished by the following:
- They can be promoted to Elite 1 and 2.
- The Elite 1 promotion requires four Chips of the corresponding class and some Tier 2 upgrade materials, and costs 20000
. - The Elite 2 promotion requires three Dualchips of the corresponding class and some Tier 3 and 4 upgrade materials, and costs 120000 .
- The Elite 1 promotion requires four Chips of the corresponding class and some Tier 2 upgrade materials, and costs 20000
- They have a maximum level of 50 before promotions, 70 at Elite 1, and 80 at Elite 2 (for a total of 200 levels).
- They have two skills with the first initially available and the second being available when promoted to Elite 1.
- They have one talent.
- The talent usually becomes available when promoted to Elite 1 and being upgraded when promoted to Elite 2.
- Some 5★ Operators have their talent initially available and being upgraded when promoted to Elite 1 and Elite 2.
- Several 5★ Operators have their talent available only when promoted to Elite 2.
- Few 5★ Operators including Liskarm have two talents with the second being available when promoted to Elite 2.
- Liskarm's first talent, however, is not upgraded when she is promoted to Elite 2.
- They have access to Operator Modules.
- Unlocking the Module requires two Module Data Blocks and three Tier 4 upgrade materials, and costs 40000 .
- The Stage 2 upgrade requires two Module Data Blocks, 20 Data Supplement Sticks, and four Tier 4 upgrade materials, and costs 50000 .
- The Stage 3 upgrade requires two Module Data Blocks, 8 Data Supplement Instruments, and five Tier 4 upgrade materials, and costs 60000 .
- Unlocking the Module requires two Module Data Blocks and three Tier 4 upgrade materials, and costs 40000
Some 5★ Operators are available through recruitment. Using the "Senior Operator" tag will guarantee that a 5★ Operator appears from recruitment, otherwise they have a rare chance of around 2% to appear if the recruitment time is set to at least 4 hours.
The following 5★ Operators are only available in certain game modes with the following differences:
- They starts out in the highest level and promotion, and maximum skill level/Specialization level.
- They only have one skill and talent.
- They are not subject to the Potential mechanic and have no base skills.
