Upcoming headhunting banners

A list of upcoming headhunting banners; that is, banners which had been released in the CN server but not announced for release in the Global server yet.

Since the Operators available in Standard Pool and Kernel banners on CN differs from those in Global (from the fifth onwards for the former; including Kernel Locating ones for the latter), only non-Standard Pool and non-Kernel banners in CN are listed here.

Limited Operators of the primary rate-up are denoted by red borders, while those of the secondary rate-up are denoted by orange borders.
