Commendations
Commendations Store is where players can purchase items with Commendation Certificate.
The Commendations Store is divided into three phases, with the next phase is available once all items from the previous phase are purchased. All items are reset every month, which also returns the player to Phase 1.
It is highly recommended to clear Phase 1 in every month as all the items are more than worth their value.
Phase 2 requires a total of 8000 to clear.

It is therefore recommended to purchase Headhunting Permits this way only when the player has saved up the aforementioned amount of Distinction Certificates in order to get the most out of it.
For players who do not spend large sums of money on the game, it is highly recommended to buy only Headhunting Permits or wanted 6★ Operators with Distinction Certificates.

As with the Distinction Store, the Kernel Headhunting Permits are purchased over 5 instances, with the rate of Certificate to Permit becoming better in later instances (see below).
Whenever the Kernel Locating banner is up, a second instance of Kernel Headhunting Permits will be available for purchase.

Purchase Certificate
Purchase Certificate Store is where players can purchase various items with Purchase Certificates.
Since Chip Catalysts and Module Data Blocks which are necessary to promote high-rarity Operators and unlocking Operator Modules, respectively are easily accessible here, it is recommended only to spend Purchase Certificates to buy them. In addition, it is highly recommended to buy at least one copy of any of the Operators available in the Purchase Certificate Store; improving or maxing out their respective Potential will require the player to farm the Purchase Certificates on Tough Siege operations (which might take a long time for the latter).
Since further acquisitions of the same Purchase Certificate Operator are treated as duplicates, and not as Tokens, they might be useful to obtain some extra Commendation and Distinction Certificates (30 for a 4★ Operator and 5 for a 5★ Operator, but only when buying the 2nd copy onward).
