Universal Certificate
Universal Certificate, incorrectly named Universal Certificates in-game, is a currency in Arknights.
Time has allowed these operators to gain a deep understanding of Rhodes Island's affairs. They will provide you the rare resources you need.
Usage
These certificates can be used to purchase various Kernel headhunting-related items at the Universal Certificates Exchange Area.
Acquisition
Obtaining a new Operator from the Kernel Banner gives 10 Universal Certificates.
When the player obtains a duplicate of an Operator they already have from Kernel headhunting banner, they will be awarded with varying amounts of Universal Certificates based on the Operator's rarity:

Excess Operator Tokens of Operators whose Potential are maxed out obtained from Kernel banners can be traded for Universal Certificates at the Certificate Store:
