The rerun of Il Siracusano is identical to the original run, but with the following differences:
- The Through a Path of Briars Celebration limited headhunting banner is not re-run.
- IS operation progresses are carried over from the original run (e.g. if the player have cleared IS-10 in the original run, then it will already be cleared on the rerun), but Pistole e Ordine and Terra Desolata Autoproclamata operations are accessible from the start of the event.
- Menù del Banchetto missions' progresses are reset with the requirement for operation clear missions reduced (see below). This means that players who had completed the Menù missions during the original run can complete them again in the rerun to receive the rewards for the second time.
- Dipartimento di Sicurezza Alimentare is reset and contains less items with some items being changed. This means that players who had purchased all limited items in the Dipartimento during the original run can do so again in the rerun to receive the limited items for the second time.
- Azioni Solo and Critica Artistica progresses are carried over from the original run.
- Certain Path to Glory IS medals now have a different requirement to be unlocked; players who had met the condition during the original run will immediately obtain/trim the medal at the start of the rerun, if they have not yet.
- Players who had obtained the Siracusan Court of Justice parts and Plaque - Legacy from Menù del Banchetto missions and Dipartimento di Sicurezza Alimentare during the original run will receive
Intelligence Certificate in their place. - Once the rerun ends, IS is added into Terminal and its medals will no longer be obtainable, making it the last chance for players who haven't obtained IS medals in the original run to do so.

Trivia[edit]
- In the CN server, Il Siracusano Rerun precedes Zwillingstürme im Herbst, but this was reversed in the Global server. As a result, the repeating Auto Deploy feature was not available for IS operations during the rerun despite being introduced in ZT which preceded it in Global.
- IS Rerun is released on the exact same date as the original run in Global (May 23), making it the only event in Arknights whose rerun is released in the exact same date as the original (and is exactly one year apart).
