This article documents an unofficial Arknights event that is organized by members of the Arknights players' community. Please note that the event is neither part of the game itself nor officially endorsed by Hypergryph and Yostar.
Bingo Lockout 3 was the third edition of the eponymous gameplay format and tournament series organized by Lungmen Dragons, a "hardcore gameplay community" from the Global (EN) server. It was played entirely on the release version of Integrated Strategies #4: Expeditioner's Joklumarkar.
Unlike the previous two editions, Bingo Lockout 3 was a doubles tournament. It consisted of sixteen qualified players ("Expeditioners") who were each paired with an Arknights content creator from the Global server ("Navigators"). Expeditioners play the games "blind": they cannot see the Bingo Board and must rely on the instructions given from their Navigator to claim more tiles than their opponents.

Submissions must clear at least eight regular or Emergency Operations. ISW-SP, ISW-DU, and Dreadful Foe operations do NOT count.
Submissions must also clear three tiles that form a row, column, or diagonal in the given 3x3 grid. There are 8 possible categories.
Submissions may satisfy multiple categories at once. However, only the player's fastest category is displayed for qualifying purposes
Starting with Life Prioritizing Squad or obtaining End of Times is NOT allowed.
At the end of qualifiers, the 2 fastest players from each category qualify for the Main Event
This time is based on the expedition result screen, which is measured in real-time, including the time spent navigating in Floors, arranging Squads, and loading the levels.

The main event consists of 16 pairs: each consisting of a player ("Expeditioner") and their assigned Arknights content creator ("Navigator"). The pairing process is determined by Lungmen Dragons members.

The Bingo Board is 4x4 for Round 1, and 5x5 for the other rounds

Gameplay Rules
An example of a bingo board. Disclaimer: the wording used in this image does NOT necessarily reflect the actual boards used by Lungmen Dragons.
Matches are conducted on the Lungmen Dragons Discord server, while the Bingo Board for each game is conducted inside a private room on Bingosync.
To win a game, a pair must score more points than their opponents by completing a specific objective written on each tile, thus claiming it for themselves.
Each match is presided by a referee (or referees) who will actually perform the act of shading the tiles on Bingosync. Thus, all pairs cannot shade the tiles themselves; they must declare to the referee(s) that they have completed, or about to complete, a tile so that they may verify their claim.
Each tile claimed gives 1 points.
Lockout: if a pair claims a tile, their opponents cannot claim that tile anymore.
Some tiles are specially labelled, like giving 2 or more points, subtracting points, "stealable" (whoever does the objective last claims that tile), and only giving points when the time limit ends.
If a pair scores a Bingo — claiming an entire row, column, or diagonal — they will gain an additional 3 points.
Only the Navigators can see the Bingo Board. They must guide their partner into claiming their desired tiles by talking in Voice Chat.
Expeditioners are NOT allowed to see the Bingo Board. They are also muted in Voice Chat, and are NOT allowed to communicate to their Navigator through text except to clarify information.
A game lasts 25 minutes for Round 1, and 45 minutes for the other rounds.
Sudden death overtime: If the game is still tied in points when time expires, it goes into overtime; the first pair to claim a tile during this period instantly wins.
Prior to the main event, a showmatch between several Lungmen Dragons members was held on April 02, in order to introduce players and audiences to the new gameplay rules of Bingo Lockout 3. This match used a 5x5 grid and had a time limit of 45 minutes.
