The rerun of Lone Trail is identical to the original run, but with the following differences:
- The Here I Stand limited headhunting banner is not re-run.
- CW operation progresses are carried over from the original run, but The Lingering of the Past and The Pursuing of the Present operations are accessible from the start of the event.
- The Special Case Contact, C.U.D.O.D. is reset and contains less items with some items being changed, but the price of Rhine Tech Eco-Garden furniture parts are reduced. This means that players who had purchased all limited items in the Special Case Contact, C.U.D.O.D. during the original run can do so again in the rerun to receive the limited items for the second time.
- Instruction Catalogue progresses are reset but awards more
Flight Data Recorder Chip with the requirement for operation clear missions reduced. This means that players who had completed the Instruction Catalogue during the original run can obtain them again in the rerun to receive the rewards for the second time. - Case Investigation progresses are reset but changes are made to make it easier to be completed (see below).
- Certain Path to Glory Lone Trail medals now have a different requirement to be unlocked; players who had met the condition during the original run will immediately obtain/trim the medal at the start of the rerun, if they have not yet.
- Players who had obtained Rhine Tech Eco-Garden furniture parts and Plaque - Skyfall during the original run will receive
Intelligence Certificate in their place. - Once the rerun ends, Lone Trail medals will no longer be obtainable, making it the last chance for players who haven't obtained them in the original run to do so.
Case Investigation[edit]

- Players are now given 6 Authorized Investigation Permits daily, which can be stacked up to 12.
- The player now only need to complete three tasks to fully investigate an area.
- Each investigation progress now increases the Technological Transformation rate by 25%.
