The rerun of What the Firelight Casts is identical to the original run, but with the following differences:
FC operation progresses are carried over from the original run (e.g. if the player has cleared FC-8 in the original run, then it will already be cleared on the rerun), but Ashes of Memories operations are accessible from the start of the event.
The River Valley Caravan is reset and contains less items. This means that players who have purchased all limited items in the River Valley Caravan during the original run can do so again in the rerun to receive the limited items a second time.
The Search Warrant from the City Council missions' progresses are reset but award more Manuscripts of Ballads with the requirement for enemy defeat missions reduced (see below). This means that players who have completed the Search Warrant missions during the original run can complete them again in the rerun to receive the rewards a second time.
Certain Path to Glory FC medals now have a different requirement to be unlocked; players who have met the condition during the original run will immediately obtain/trim the medal(s) at the start of the rerun, if they have not yet obtained/trimmed said medal(s).
Players who have obtained the Reed's Cabin furniture parts and Plaque - Traveler from the Search Warrant from the City Council and River Valley Caravan during the original run will receive Intelligence Certificate instead.
Once the rerun ends, FC is added into Terminal and its medals will no longer be obtainable, making it the last chance for players who haven't obtained FC medals in the original run to do so.
Green events are exclusive to the Global server; yellow events are only released in the CN server but incorporated into other event(s) in Global instead; orange events are not released in the EN server; red events are exclusive to CN.
Manuscripts of Ballads with the requirement for enemy defeat missions reduced (see below). This means that players who have completed the Search Warrant missions during the original run can complete them again in the rerun to receive the rewards a second time.
Intelligence Certificate instead.
