Usage[edit]
This liquid compound, despite its low yield, is valuable for the promotion of veteran and elite Rhodes Island Operators, as it is the material needed to produce Dualchips at Factories.
How to obtain[edit]
Chip Catalysts can be purchased either in Distinctions Certificate Store or Purchase Certificate Store, costing 15 
with a limited stock of 15 on the former or 90 
with an unlimited stock on the latter.
