The rerun of Break the Ice is identical to the original event run, but with the following differences:
- BI operation progresses are carried over from the original run (e.g. if the player has cleared BI-8 in the original run, then it will already be cleared on the rerun), but Holy Hunt operations are accessible from the start of the event.
- Kjerag Guidebook missions' progresses are reset but award more
Stone of Kjeragandr with the requirement for operation clear missions reduced (see below). - The Turicum Trade Zone is reset and contains less items, but the price of Kjerag-Style Inn furniture parts are reduced (see below).
- Players who have obtained Kjerag-Style Inn furniture parts and Plaque - Twin Peaks from Kjerag Guidebook and Turicum Trade Zone during the original run will receive
Intelligence Certificate instead. - Certain Path to Glory BI medals now have a different requirement to be unlocked; players who have met the condition during the original run will immediately obtain/trim the medal(s) at the start of the rerun, if they have not yet obtained/trimmed said medal(s).
- Once the rerun ends, BI is added into Terminal and its medals will no longer be obtainable, making it the last chance for players who haven't obtained BI medals in the original run to do so.
