Miscellaneous[edit]
- Although not acknowledged by official announcements, the first rework of Stationary Security Service is implemented in the update.
- A new Security Mission, Glebe Mining Platform, is introduced in March 16, 2023.
- Some Operators' English dialogues have been redone and their in-game texts now match the spoken dialogues.

Trivia[edit]
- The event's Chinese and Japanese title vary differently with different contexts:
- The Chinese title is actually a direct reference to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, called 《绿野仙踪》in Chinese.
- The Japanese title, 翠玉の夢 (Suigyoku no Yume), literally means "Emerald Vision." It is a reference to the Emerald Tablet, the foundation of Western alchemy which led to the formation of modern science. In this case, the context has a meaning of "using the alchemy of science to create a utopia."
- In the CN server, Dorothy's Vision succeeds Lingering Echoes and precedes To Be Continued, the rerun of Dossoles Holiday, and Ideal City. To allow IC to be released as the Global server's 3rd anniversary event around January 16, 2023, DV, TC, and DH Rerun are rescheduled to succeed Contingency Contract Ashring in Global instead, with TC being released in February 17, DH Rerun in February 28, and DV in March 14.
- As with Darknights Memoir before, this resulted in memes on the Global community claiming that Dorothy is a CN-exclusive character.
