Description
Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
Supplemental lighting for the lab, with filters to protect the staff's vision.
Only new researchers remember to turn off the lights on time. They soon spend their entire day in the labs, from 8am till the wee hours, just like the lights.
Acquisition
The Ceiling Light Filter can only be obtained in Dorothy's Vision, where it is available in the Laboratory Recycling Depot for 100 
Mysterious Reagent.
