Usage
These reagents of an unidentified, dangerous substance – implied to be the Transmitter – can be obtained and exchanged for various items at the Laboratory Recycling Depot during Dorothy's Vision.
Acquisition
Mysterious Reagents are awarded as the first clear reward of all DV operations (except DV-S-1 and DV-S-2) and the regular drop of Test Site operations, and from Data Collection missions.
