Many Plaques are references to various works of literature (mainly fairy tales and dramas), music, and movies of our world through their design and description. In addition, certain Plaques have a four-digit number written on them; if 500 or 900 gets added to the number (e.g., 1400 or 1000 becomes 1900), the result will equate to a year on the Gregorian calendar that is related to the work of art referenced by the Plaque, typically its release year.[1]
