Acquisition
Plaque - Needles can be obtained from Record Restoration since Episode 12: All Quiet Under the Thunder.
Previously, it was only obtainable during A Walk in the Dust (Rerun), where it was awarded for completing the Song of Dust mission requiring the player to clear the Challenge Mode of WD-EX-8.
