It can be obtained through Record Restoration.

Previously, it could be obtained from the Side Missions by clearing GT-HX-3 with 3 stars during Grani and the Knights' Treasure (Rerun).

  • The plaque references The Beatles' Abbey Road released in 1969 CE, which can be noticed by its design that replicates the album's iconic cover.
