Plaque - Sink can be obtained from Record Restoration since Hortus de Escapismo.
Previously, it was only obtainable during Under Tides (Rerun), where it was awarded for completing the Try to Survive mission requiring the player to clear the Challenge Mode of SV-EX-8.
