Alchemist Specialist is a branch of the Specialist class in Arknights.

Alchemist Specialists are ranged Operators that have a wide range and the ability to deploy Alchemy Units with their skills, which can apply a variety of effects in an area for their duration, primarily debilitating enemies or buffing/supporting allies. In exchange, Alchemists have very poor stats overall which make them ill suited for direct combat, besides their above-average RES.

Unlike Summons, Traps, or Support Devices, Alchemy Units are considered projectiles, so they do not take up space on tiles, do not count towards the deployment limit, cannot be directly interacted with by enemies or allies, and will persist for their full duration even if the Alchemist that deployed them leaves the field.
