—Trait description
Decel Binder Supporter, colloquially known as Slow Supporter, is a branch of the Supporterclass in Arknights.
Decel Binder Supporters Slow enemies for 0.8 seconds in each attack, which deals Arts damage and has a range of adjusted 3×4 tiles, with decent ATK and attack interval.
New trait: SP recovery +0.2/sec when there are enemies within range
DEC-Y
Trait improved: Attacks deal Arts damage, and Slow the enemy for a moderate period of time
Addendum
Unlike other SP generation rate buffs, the one applied by the DEC-X Module can be stacked with other SP generation buffs (e.g. Ptilopsis' Skill Aura).
The DEC-Y Module extends the Slow duration of the Decel Binder Supporter's attacks to 1.2 seconds.
Strategies
Decel Binder is especially useful against enemies like Sarkaz Lancer, Wraith and Breaker whose fast movement speed can be reduced by auto attacks alone. For Sarkaz Lancer especially since slowing them down will also reduce their impact damage.
Modules
The DEC-X Module allows the Decel Binder Supporter to charge up their skills quicker while engaging enemies who inevitably have to enter their range.
The DEC-Y Module makes the Decel Binder Supporter's Slowing attacks more effective to stall enemies especially for those who can increase their attack rate such as Istina.
