Training Room
Training Room | Base skills |
“ | A facility where Rhodes Island Operators can train themselves using the wide variety of equipment available. | ” |
—Description |
The Training Room is one of the nine RIIC facilities in Arknights. It can be built on room B305;[note 1] below the HR Office and to the right of the third Dormitory.
Usage
Once an Operator's skill is upgraded to Level 7, it can be further improved by undergoing Specialization training at the Training Room. Only Elite 2 Operators are able to undergo Specialization training and it only applies to each of their skills instead of all of them simultaneously.
Specialization training can be done by simply assigning the Operator whose skills want to be improved at the Training Room. Another Operator can be assigned as a trainer to speed up the training process by 5%, which drains their morale as the training progresses. Many Operators have base skills which speeds up the training further, though some also influence this in certain ways such as raising the morale drain rate of the trainer.
Do note that the trainee Operator cannot be removed/replaced throughout the Specialization training process, preventing the player from switching between Amiya's versions. Before the Il Siracusano update, this also prevents the alternate versions of certain Operators to be assigned into any facilities if the original version is undergoing Specialization training, or vice-versa.
Levels
Lvl. | Spec. Level | Power | Materials | Prerequisites |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | −10 | Level 1 HR Office | ||
2 | −30 | Level 3 Control Center | ||
3 | −60 | Level 5 Control Center |
Tips
- If there is no Specialization training in progress, the morale of the trainer Operator will not be drained. This allows the player to assign two Operators in the Training Room for extra Trust.
Notes
- ↑ It is actually technically possible to build the Training Room in B205, in place of the Office and vice-versa, as the game does not prevent this. It is however unlikely for players to do this, as building the Office first is more sensible, and the game suggests doing it first.
