—Tooltip

The Paranoia Illusion complements its very strong RES with high HP and DEF, although it is notably vulnerable to Stun, Freeze and being put to Sleep. To offset its rather average ATK, the Illusion has the following abilities which can severely mitigate friendly units' offense while dishing out multi-target attacks in return.

Ability Init. cooldown Cooldown
Attacks can hit up to three targets within range simultaneously, or the same target multiple times if there are less than three targets within range (e.g. if two targets are in range, the Paranoia Illusion will attack one target once and the other target twice; if only one target is in range, it will attack them thrice), and inflicts Corrosion Damage equal to 60% ATK.
Innate
Has Low-Altitude Hovering, which will be lost when the Paranoia Illusion is Stunned, Frozen, or put to Sleep for the first time, at which it is also Stunned for 0.5 seconds.
Passive
Projects a watery aura that reduces the ASPD of friendly units within by 60 (same radius as attack range).
Passive
Revives over 20 seconds when HP reaches 0 for the first time, after which the Paranoia Illusion enters the second phase with the following traits:
  • Regains the Low-Altitude Hovering if it was lost in the first phase.
  • Attack range extended to 3.5 tiles and the ASPD debuff within its aura is increased to 80.
  • Attacks can now hit up to five targets/times.

Trivia

  • Even though the Paranoia Illusion is a transformation of Highmore, she can actually be used in Curse of Cognition where it is fought.
  • The Paranoia Illusion resembles the skeletal shells of Radiolaria protists, specifically those in the suborder Stephoidae.
