The Crystalline Oberobeast is a boss enemy in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights.

Enemy description

An unusual lifeform that appears in crystal caves. It resembles a metal crab with sharper pincers, allowing it to easily tear its prey apart. Forever foes with Crystalline Titanibeasts.

Overview

A scorpion-like creature whose body is made up of gemstones, the Crystalline Oberobeast has monumentally high HP and DEF along with high ATK, although it's RES is lacking. It also has the following abilities to make it more dangerous:

• The Crystalline Oberobeast's attacks hit twice in quick succession, which increases to four once its HP falls below 50% or after it preys upon the Crystalline Titanibeast (see below), and reduces the target's DEF by 100 in each hit, which can stack without a limit.
• If the Crystalline Oberobeast comes in contact with the Crystalline Titanibeast, the former will instantly defeat the latter and gain its ability to generate a Shield which blocks 80 instances of damage every 120 seconds.
