The Sailraider is a boss enemy in the Reclamation Algorithm game mode of Arknights. He is one of the bosses in Tales Within the Sand.

Enemy description

One of Sargonian Lords Ameer's subordinate. They always appear in unexpected places, ripping opposing frontlines apart as they roam the land.

Overview

An elite warrior-servant of the local Lord Ameer who operates a militarized paraglider that allows him to strike from the sky despite its instability, the Sailraider has monumentally high HP to go with his very high ATK and RES, although his DEF is extremely low in comparison. In addition to his stats, the glider gives the Sailraider aerial superiority, greatly boosting his combat abilities unless he is knocked out of the sky.

• The Sailraider's attacks deal area-of-effect Arts damage with a radius of 1.5 tiles.
• The Sailraider spawns in a Low-Altitude Hovering state where he uses ranged attacks with a range of 5 tiles.
• When the Sailraider's HP falls below 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20%, he will crash, dealing Arts damage equal to twice his ATK to friendly units in a radius of 3 tiles around the impact point and becomes disabled for 15 seconds, during which he cannot be shifted. Once the Sailraider recovers, he will regain his Low-Altitude Hovering after 20 seconds, during which his range is reduced to 3 tiles.

The Sailraider will deduct 30 Life Points if he manages to enter a Protection Objective, instantly compromising the operation.

The Sailraider leads the Ameeri Army that will appear after the "Eunectes's Awful News" part of the Act 2: Darksand Surge questline is completed.
