For every Knight Operator assigned to facilities (those appointed as Base Assistants are excluded), the Specialization training speed increases by 5%, up to 5, while the Radiant Knight is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room.

For every Knight Operator assigned to facilities (those appointed as Base Assistants are excluded), the Specialization training speed increases by 5%, up to 8, while the Radiant Knight is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room.
