Overload is a skill mechanic in Arknights.

Overview[edit]

Skill duration has two gauges. Extra effect is triggered when skill duration is halfway complete.

Skills that use the Overload mechanic are denoted by using two separate, stacking duration/ammo meters to indicate its total duration/ammo and will become more effective but incurs certain drawbacks as well once at the second meter (i.e. the remaining duration/ammo is at most half of the total).

The skill's Overload duration/ammo meter is in red to make it easily distinguishable from the normal meter.

Horn

Tempest Command
Horn's attacks also deal an additional instance of Arts damage.
  • Level 1-3: 30%
  • Level 4-6: 35%
  • Level 7: 40%
  • Spec. 1-2: 50%
  • Spec. 3: 60%

If Tempest Command is deactivated when Overloaded, Horn will fire away all remaining ammo to an enemy and loses 60% of her maximum HP.

Ultimate Line of Defense
The ATK buff is doubled but Horn loses HP every second which gradually increases and caps at 12%/sec. after 12 seconds.

Rockrock

Willing Burden
Increases ATK and the Drone's damage increase cap, but Stuns Rockrock for the Overload duration upon expiring or when deactivated (e.g. if Willing Burden is Overloaded for 5 seconds, Rockrock will be Stunned for 5 seconds).
  • Level 1-3: +30% ATK, +50% Drone damage cap
  • Level 4-6: +40% ATK, +60% Drone damage cap
  • Level 7: +50% ATK, +70% Drone damage cap
  • Spec. 1: +50% ATK, +80% Drone damage cap
  • Spec. 2: +50% ATK, +90% Drone damage cap
  • Spec. 3: +50% ATK, +100% Drone damage cap

Wiš'adel

Saturated Vengeance
Attacks now hit random targets within range and hits four times with reduced ATK.
  • Level 1-3: 60% ATK
  • Level 4-6: 65% ATK
  • Level 7: 70% ATK
  • Spec. 1-2: 75% ATK
  • Spec. 3: 80%
