Defending Team is an RIIC terminology in Arknights, which refers to the following Operators:

For every Defending Team Operator assigned to facilities (those appointed as Base Assistants are excluded), the Specialization training speed increases by 10%, up to 4, while the Operator is assigned as the trainer in the Training Room.
