Nervous Impairment (Chinese: 神经损伤; Pinyin: Shénjīng sǔnshāng; lit. "Neural Damage") is an Elemental Damage in Arknights, introduced in Under Tides.

Nervous Impairment's burst effect causes the victim to take 1000 True damage and be Stunned for 10 seconds, with a cooldown of 10 seconds.

Friendly units on a tile infested by the Nethersea Brand receive 20 Nervous Impairment every second (unless with the Brand Toxic Neutralization effect of the Little Handy's Mini Decontamination Kit); enemies on them will have the Nervous Impairment they inflict doubled.
Counters
- Emergency Aid Buildings gradually removes Nervous Impairment on friendly units when they are activated at a rate of -25 per second, which is tripled if one is activated by an Automatic Maintenance Drone.
Trivia
- Nervous Impairment is the only Elemental Damage that is given the suffix "Impairment" instead of "Damage" in the official English localization.
