Nethersea Brand
The Nethersea Brand is a terrain feature in Arknights.
Overview[edit]
Representing surfaces inhabited by microscopic organisms symbiotic to the Seaborn that grows rapidly and can cover entire towns if left unchecked, the Nethersea Brand will spread to the adjacent low ground tiles at periodic intervals depending on the operation the Brand are featured which can be extended by the Brand Growth Inhibition effect of the "Little Handy's" Mini Decontamination Kit, unless if the Brand infests a tile where a friendly unit is present in which case it will spread no further (although the Brand can still spread around the deployed friendly and infest the tiles beyond if other adjacent tiles are already infested).
Enemies over a tile infested by the Nethersea Brand will have the Nervous Impairment they inflict increased by 100% while friendly units over an infested tile will receive 120 Arts damage and 20 Nervous Impairment every second; the latter can be removed and the former can be reduced to 24 Arts damage/sec. with the Brand Toxicity Neutralization effect of the Little Handy's Mini Decontamination Kit.
Nethersea Brands can only be removed by using Hands of the Saint with the Hand of the Saint - Purification effect of the "Little Handy's" Housekeeping Assistant Module and by the "Little Handy" device.
