The shipyard that built ships such as the Stultifera Navis has become a nest of Sea Terrors. The Inquisition has contracted Rhodes Island to eliminate them in order to salvage a Golden Age ship-of-the line that is still restorable. <Condition> DP will not regenerate naturally. <Hand of the Saint - Purification Mode> Bounces a "Hand of the Saint" in the deployed direction, stunning and dealing damage to enemies it collides with, and clearing Nethersea Brand in its path.

In the CN server, Penumbra Shipyards is known as Gloomy Shipyard. The Global server's announcement regarding the Annihilation rotation in May 1, 2023 still states the operation's name as Gloomy Shipyard, however.
