A balloon carrying a "door prize" for the audience of the Crimson Troupe (actually some sort of a charge making use of the Troupe's insidious Arts), Small Surprises do not attack but will drop their package when defeated (unless if they are being Silenced at the moment), dealing Arts damage and inflicting Nervous Impairment equal to its ATK to friendly units in a radius of 1.25 tiles centered on the Surprise's position.
