Cold
Cold is a Negative Status in Arknights.
Effect[edit]

Cold is indicated by a "snowflake" effect above the unit. In this state, the unit will have their ASPD reduced by 30, which means that this is only relevant for those who can attack.
Unlike other Negative Statuses, should a unit inflicted with Cold be hit by another instance of Cold, they will become Frozen instead of having the Cold refreshed.
Sources[edit]
- Units on Icy Surfaces will be inflicted with Cold.
- When a Snowfall occurs, all units will be inflicted with Cold.
- Frigid permanently inflicts Cold on friendly units (and only friendly units) a short time after they are deployed and inflicts a second Cold instance on them at certain intervals.
- Icefield Arts Fighters/Guards inflict Cold to both friendly and enemy units in a radius of 1.65 for 5 seconds when defeated.
Friendly[edit]
- FrostNova's Originium Ice Crystals in R8-5 inflict Cold for 10 seconds to enemies caught in its Frigid Tide, which has a radius of 2 tiles.
- In Ideal City, equipping the Self-Driving Cart with
External Chiller or
Power Chiller causes it to inflict Cold on enemies it collides with for 3 or 5 seconds, respectively.
