The Gopnik is an elite enemy in the Integrated Strategies game mode of Arknights.

Enemy description
The Ursus security guard hired by Duck Lord. Powerful, but not very smart. Mainly responsible for carrying luggage for Duck Lord.

Overview

An Ursus bodyguard hired by the Duck Lord, cannot be stunned. Drops Treasure when defeated.

The Gopnik acts as a "bonus enemy" in which letting him into a Protection Objective will not deduct the player's Life Points and defeating him awards the player with a Collectible once the operation is cleared, thus taking on the Gopnik is entirely optional in the event he spawns.

Who would have expected that this brute was a war veteran and acquainted with someone familiar to us?

The Gopnik is not the right enemy to pick up a fight with, however; although he looked like a no-gooder, dim-witted Ursine bouncer of the Duck Lord, he is actually an Ursus war veteran and a close friend of Hellagur! Indeed, the Gopnik boasts a ridiculously high HP and ATK along with good defenses, and can easily knock out the majority, if not all melee Operators with one or two punches! The Gopnik is also immune to Stun, Freeze, and Levitate, but his luggage makes him move at a rather slow pace, thus using Bind, Sleep, Slow or speed reductions are recommended to make Gopnik a sitting duck for the Operators.

Other than the above, the Gopnik may spawn in any Integrated Strategies (Emergency) Operation after all other enemies are defeated, but never together with the Duck Lord and (Mizuki & Caerula Arbor onwards) Crying Thief.
