The Tschäggättä (pronounced "tschayg-gaet-tay") is an elite enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description

A special ops squad secretly formed in Victoria by SilverAsh, based on the Kjerag folk legend "Tschäggättä" used to hush crying children. They are able to resist brutally cold temperatures, and are extremely proficient in mountainous combat.

Overview

The Tschäggättäs possess high HP and solid all-round stats that make them strong foes, in addition to having Status Resistance to mitigate the effects of Icy Surfaces and Snowfall, the latter of which also increasing their ATK by 30%, indicated by their blue aura.

To make things worse, their halberd allows the Tschäggättä to attack targets on ranged tiles and permanently reduces the target's DEF by 100 in each hit, which can stack without a limit (-200 on the second attack, -500 on the fifth attack, etc.), but Silencing them will prevent the Tschäggättä from reducing the target's DEF.
