The Kouaku Cautelotaur is an elite enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
A cunning and ruthless variety of Cautelotaur, it conceals itself in herds to launch surprise attacks, the prey it catches subjected to its capricious whims. Most hunters that attempt to hunt this creature return with nothing to show for it.

狡悪 ) means "diabolically cunning" in Japanese. It has a similar pronunciation to Kulu-Ya-Ku, the monster in Monster Hunter which the Cautelotaur bears resemblances to.
