The Paramilitary Sniper is an elite enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description
An outlaw hired to sow chaos, equipped with a thermal energy blaster with its output cranked up too high. However, as a result of this, they are able to charge the equipment of other gangsters.

Overview

A gangster hired by the corrupt bank of Davistown armed with a thermal directed energy weapon emitting so much ambient heat that it can even charge up other thermal equipment nearby, Paramilitary Snipers have rather low stats besides their average HP, making up for that by being able to store up to 20 Energy to enter the Overload state for 20 seconds. However, they can also support their allies with a special ability where they stop in place and channel for 5 seconds, giving 1 Energy per second to all enemies within 2.2 tiles (including themselves), which will be used 5 seconds after spawning and every 28 seconds after.
