The Rebellion Instigator is an elite enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description
Disruptors that constantly bypass the blockade. They weaken the enemy's forces from within by eagerly sowing fear among the masses, who in their panic break down the borough defenses all on their own.

Overview[edit]

A Sarkaz(?) agent provocateur who tries to incite the Norporters into breaking through the blockade by force, Rebellion Instigators boast high HP and RES which allow them to soak heavy punishment from Arts damage, in addition to having a moderately damaging melee Arts attack, although their DEF is lacking and their Attack Interval is extremely long.

Ability Initial CD Cooldown

While not blocked, all Civilians and Spies on the map whose identity is not yet confirmed and compromised, respectively, becomes unable to be blocked.
Passive

The Instigator's ability prevents the player from identifying Civilians/Spies through blocking and potentially causing unexpected leaks, thus they must be the priority target and quickly blocked or taken out with concentrated Physical damage.
