A Reunion battlefield support UAV outfitted with a "thermal inversion" system, Frosts emit an aura that halves the ASPD of friendly units in a radius of 2.5 tiles around it (which can be disabled by Silencing the Frost and does not stack if a single friendly is debuffed by multiple Frosts), but lack any offensive capabilities otherwise. The ASPD debuff can pose a problem to Operators facing hordes of enemies or strong ones, not to mention that Frosts' high DEF makes Snipers less effective, necessitating the use of Casters.
