The Sarkaz Absurdist Tyrant is an elite enemy in Arknights.

Enemy description
A product of the cooperation between the Damazti Cluster and the Military Commission. Under the guidance of the Damazti Cluster, these Sarkaz soldiers have learned to use transformation Arts to appear more intimidating. However, the body affects the mind, and their lack of rationality makes them even more brutal in battle.

Overview

A Kazdelian Sarkaz warrior who makes use of transformation Arts taught by the Damazti Cluster which allows them to assume a more intimidating appearance in return for hampering their cognitive functions — akin to that of Tyrants in Resident Evil as their name suggests, Sarkaz Absurdist Tyrants are literal hulks who boast significant HP and high ATK and DEF, allowing them to withstand heavy firepower while dealing as much in return, although their RES is somewhat lacking. To compound their strength, Absurdist Tyrants are counted as three enemies when blocked and their first attack will deal 50% more damage (which is not stated in-game) as well as affecting friendly units in the adjacent tiles to the target even if they are invisible/camouflaged, allowing the Tyrant to potentially cause heavy damage to tightly bunched formations.
