- Continuously locks on to a target and inflicts a large burst of Arts damage after the channel completes, gaining increased ASPD afterwards
The Shanhaizhong Oracle is an elite enemy in Arknights.
Enemy description
Shanhaizhong members who can cast strange Arts. They superstitiously believe in those huge beings and resent their own compatriots, shouting "the mounts, seas, and all in between shall be our master's" while displaying a "divine power" of unknown origin.

Shanhaizhong Oracles are the upgraded version of Shanhaizhong Seers with increased stats and enhanced abilities.
