The Remnant Orchestra Tuner is an elite enemy in Arknights.
Overview
A musician of the Echoes of Herkunftshorn who attunes the melodies of others in their ensemble with a bar/stick zither-like instrument to form a deadly harmony, Remnant Orchestra Tuners boast significant HP and attacks in range by releasing harmful melodies from their instrument that deals Arts damage, making them quite dangerous against Operators with minimal RES. In addition, Tuners can "leash" the closest Tuning Node within their attack range to drain 1 SP every second from it until the Node runs out of SP or the Tuner is interrupted (during which they also stops moving and attacking), having a cooldown of 10 seconds from when they spawns and 15 seconds afterward.
Furthermore, if the current variation matches with that of the Remnant Orchestra Tuner's (which varies on the operation they appear), their attacks will inflict a debuff lasting for 10 seconds (which will be refreshed when the Tuner attacks the target again) that amplifies the damage taken by the target by 30%, allowing them to form a lethal synergy with other Orchestra enemies.
